NO STARS AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE - PRINTER NOT 1 BUT 2 OF THE SAME PRINTER DIDN'T WORK OUT OF THE BOX AND FAUGHT ME ON THE RETURN TOLD ME TO USE MY ASURION ACCOUNT. BOTH LEMONS FIRST PRINTER WITHIN 15 DAYS - WASN'T GOING TO RETURN GAVE ME A SECOND ONE TOLD ME "NOT" TO BRING IT BACK. NEVER RETURNED AND GIVE ME "NEW" RECEIPT SHOWING THIS DAY I BOUGHT ONLY HAD THE OLD RECEIPT. TOOK OTHER ONE HOME INSTALLED DIDN'T WORK AT ALL LIKE PRINTER 1 - HEADING AREA OF BERLIN STAPLES SINCE THEY DID NOT RING UP THE NEW DATE IT WAS OUT OF DATE TO RETURN. SAID IF HE GAVE TO BE AS NO RECEIPT I WOULD ONLY GET 100.00 WE I SPENT 300.00THEY SEE NO ISSUE WITH THIS THE MANAGER IN BERLIN LOOKED AT THE INVENTORY ON THIS PRINTER AND THEY ALMOST RETUENED ALL THAT THEY HAD RECEIVED. ALSO THE ASURION CAN'T SO FAR FIX IT SO THEY HAVE HAD IT A WEEL BY THE TIME I PURCHASED A BOX TO SEND TO THEM IT'S BEEN 2 WEEKS BUT BEEN SINCE 9-17 SINCE I PURCHASED IT. CORPORATE SAID OH WE CAN'T HELP THE PRINTER WAS NOT TO YOUR STANDARDS - EXCUSE ME I HAVE NOT HAD THE PLESSURE TO EVEN USE IT DIDN'T WORK OUT OF THE BOX NOT ONE BUT 2.... NOW ON AMAZON I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM BUSINESS THIS IS NO FAIR NOT MY ISSUE THE PRINTER DID NOT WORK AT ALL AND THEN A SECOND ONE THE SAME AND ASURION CAN'T FIX IT. THEY EVEN SAID THIS ISN'T THEIR DEAL IF ISSUE FROM THE BOX AND NOT EVEN USED. GOOD LUCK I'M DONE WITH THEM AND BEING REPORTED TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU BUYER BE AWARECORPORATE AWFUL ALSO VERY RUDE PERSON HE'S THE ONE SAID SORRY IT WAS NOT TO YOUR STANDARDS.... IT DIDN'T PRINT SAME ISSUE WITH BOTHTHE 1 STAR I HAD TO GIVE 1 TO POST THIS COMPANY DESERVES NONE.

To dean, and the whole staples in SBY printing department. Thank you so much for helping and being amazing during such a difficult time for our family. This team was able to get a memorial poster done for us for my beloved FIL. Even with a typo on the poster and needing to redo it quickly as the store was soon to closed, they made it happen. No, pushback, just with a smile, no problem. The kindness and caring that was displayed was incredible. We will never be able to thank you all enough for helping us not worry about preparing for one of our most difficult days. Thank you for helping us honor him. The poster came out immaculate.

Scheduled a job interview, get there and was rudely told all interviews were canceled for the week. Then why was my interview confirmed?? Then get an email from store manager saying she was on vacation and has no idea who they schedule for an interviews.. Poor communication if you ask me. Totally wrong attitude from their employees.Glad it happened now before I took a job with them.

Zach had helped me multiple times with my work computer. He has great customer service and communication skills and I appreciate that during stressful times.Sam REALLY helped me out in printing things for my business! She went above and beyond in a time crunch and she is the one I will come back to specifically again. Very knowledgeable, massively helpful, and intelligent.Staples is lucky to have these two! Thanks to both of them!

John at the printing services is a tremendous help. I was going through the online service portal to get some mechanical drawings printed out - I asked how long the queue was - he told me he'll get it done within the hour with express printing options. He even called me back as he started my order to let me know that the paper option I chose was not going to be compatible because of the colours on the drawings. He went into further explanation into why. John has been there "since the break of dawn" as he put it and honestly the quality of service with this little transaction proves it. Good job John and thank you.

They don't carry Xerox toner. It was difficult to find anyone working to help me and when I finally did, they were indifferent and unhelpful. Hopefully they're just having an off day and not always so lackluster!!!
