I had a very good experience at the Salisbury Store. Our salesman, Rob Cheek was very knowledgeable and took the time to show us various beds and answer our questions. His supervisor, Bud was also very nice and helpful.

Beatrice is a GEM!!! Great customer service! Beatrice was extremely knowledgeable and worked hard to get us the best price possible. She took her time to be sure we were choosing the bed that was a best fit for us. We didn't jump into buying right away; we were there on three different occasions and never felt pressured. My time at the Salisbury sleep number was fantastic the staff there bent over backwards to help me they where very business like but also fun to be with thru all the rainy Friday morning antics we both came to a decision that fit my budget now I'm just waiting for delivery and be on my way to a good night sleep
