Erin was very knowledgeable. She was patient and informative. We never felt rushed or pressure to buy anything. Great atmosphere for shopping when looking to spend a considerable amount of money on a quality product.

O my god, the cost is out of sight but the add on costs (multiple ones) can rise the price from 25% to 100% plus

I had a very good experience at the Salisbury Store. Our salesman, Rob Cheek was very knowledgeable and took the time to show us various beds and answer our questions. His supervisor, Bud was also very nice and helpful.
