Donna the sales representative had great customer service skills that made this transaction worthwhile. I'm a busy person and having the ability to buy your appliance on line saved me time. The delivery guys were also skilled and professional.They assured our refrigerator was delivered without problems. Support your local business. Way to go Shore Appliance Salisbury location.

Very sad that a family business lacks the customer service skills to resolve an unfortunate situation. There are no perfect businesses, but how you handle the unfortunate situations says a lot about a business. I tried to support "local". I had a problem with my washer and Shore Appliance tried to charge me for a motor. I pointed out that it was under warranty but they should have known since I purchased it there. I ultimately had to pay the labor to come to my home to diagnose the problem. Once the motor came in I had to pay the labor again to come install the motor and a new belt. The real issue was that when the tech installed the motor and belt he left his pliers inside my washer. With the use of the washer, the belt eventually got caught with the pliers and completely ruined the new belt and put my washer out of service for two weeks. I called GE to fix my issue (not knowing it was pliers banging around the washer belt) since I did not want to have to pay labor a third time with Shore Appliance. The GE rep discover the pliers once the back was taken off the unit and I was home and saw it as well. I notified the owner of Shore Appliance and Ryan immediately placed blame with GE and that was completely unprofessional for him to react as such. I never heard back after that communication. I now had approx. $454.00 in labor charges and a belt charge to fix my motor and ultimately further damaging my washer. Never once did Shore Appliance offer to issue a credit for at least the trip to my home that further damaged my washer. Shore Appliance needs to further their customer service skills to perfect the service after the sale. Companies such as Shore Appliance most likely spend thousands to advertise to get "new" customers but yet they will lose a customer quickly by lacking sufficient customer service skills. It seems apparent that the dollar for the sale and service call is most important. So sad!!!

I am very disappointed with the company and advised for customers go elsewhere. They sell defective merchandise at high prices. Do not honor extended warranty and will not assist in helping you with product. Their answer to my problem is buy a new one. This is a disappointment. Have purchased products in the past with them but no more.

I had my washing machine delivered today, on time and very efficiently. The old one was removed and taken away. The delivery man hooked the new one up quickly and without any problems. Both men were courteous and polite. It's been a long time since I needed an appliance and I am very happy I shopped at Shore Appliance. They had a washing machine with all the old time features, that I was looking for, in a new machine. No other store had this. It really does pay to shop local!!

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a dishwasher in November 2021 and was told that it was expected to arrive the middle of February. I called the salesman just before this time only to be told that it didn't arrive, but that I was "at the top of the list" and it was expected mid March. Again no further communication from the company and when the middle of March came and went I contacted them again. I was told in an email that it was due to arrive June 17. Surprise, surprise still no communication. I called and left a message at the store and received an email reply that the dishwasher was on backorder with no expected ship date. Apparently we no longer give customers a call? Well I called Manny's appliance back home in NH since we're going up to visit this weekend and, shocker, they just had a shipment of the exact dishwasher arrive last week. They will get it from the warehouse and I can pick it up when I'm up there. I guess Shore Appliance doesn't rate real well with the Bosch warehouse because they can't get the dishwasher after a seven month wait, but the other place has no problem. Of course the point I really want to make is the lack of customer communication above all else. Avoid Shore Appliance if you expect even a little communication.

I give Shore Appliance Connection zero stars! (The review made me give them one.) They are not worthy of one. We ordered a washer/dryer stack unit and they said it would arrive in two weeks. We received it five months later. Their installers broke a closet door and dented our ceiling, not to mention had no idea what they were doing. The washer was rated quiet and when we first used it, it shook our entire building and came out of the closet. We called Shore Appliance to get help. We were transferred to voice mail when the person we needed to speak to was supposedly standing in the room. We called back and they hung up on us. We left a voice mail and they never returned our call. We got excellent help from another reliable installer who discovered that the packing brackets were not removed from the washer and it was not leveled. DO NOT USE SHORE APPLIANCE. EVER!

Very very pleased with the service from start to finish. Chad and the crew has helped us keep our tenants happy with quick replacements of failed appliances. The delivery folks this morning were prompt, pleasant and efficient.

Despite some of the difficulties businesses are having with staffing supplies and deliveries, Shore Appliances still strives for excellent customer service and l am very pleased with their continued quality service and professionalism.

I have bought appliances for years from them, mostly because of their service. Now we cannot get them to repair our 3 year old GE refrigerator purchased from their store. We purchased all our appliances for our new home from Shore Appliances and so far have had repairs on all 4 major appliances. Now they say they are not available for repairs and to contact another servicer! Not happy!!

Just a shout out to Beth at the Ocean View location who provided us top-notch customer service in helping us find a stacking washer/dryer on short notice for a very small space and during difficult COVID times when inventory is low from suppliers. She did thorough research to find what we needed and expertly followed up with us throughout the process. We had just what we needed within little over a week. Delivery guys were great, too! We have already referred Beth to a friend.
