Went shopping for shoes for my wife. She has mobility issues and the store is not wheelchair friendly so she used a cane. Limited selection of sneakers so we didn't find anything for her. While trying to leave an employee was sitting on the floor filling in some accessories and blocking the aisle. She moved a box a few inches to allow us to go through a very narrow passage between a display and the shoe racks forcing my wife to attempt to sidle through sideways and nearly falling. I contacted their customer service about the issue but never heard back. We'll never shop there again.

Cato's plus size clothing store... Haven't been there in years ... Glad I went back they have all sorts of sales. The cashier was awesome had all kinds of ideas I'll definitely go back she was sooooooooo sweet thumbs up!!!!!!

I made a 40 minute ride to pick up a layaway, not realizing the time. They close at 5, I got there at 4:59, the cashier told me they closed but the door was open and people walking around. I told her I just wanted to pick up my layaway, she denied me. I'
