I’ve had my Jeep serviced here since moving to the area in 2022. Service has always been efficient and staff are friendly. I had a minor repair inside the back of my Jeep and it was repaired with ‘no charge’. What I like best is no appointment is required!

So this place literally just ripped me off!! Had my Jeep Renegade towed there last week and spoke with Chase Farlow in Service about my transmission needing to be serviced as well as a couple recalls it had. After it was diagnosed I spoke informed me that the total was with Chase again and he said the service for the transmission would be $335.00 plus tax and the diagnostic testing was 198.00 so he said roughly $550.00 plus tax. A few hours later when I arrived at the service department to pick up my Jeep and the rude lady at the counter gave me a total of $863.00
I told her what was told to me and she said well Chase isn't here and this is the total. How can a business get away with this and best beliyI will be reaching out to the company because this is a $300 difference in 2 hours and I want to know why
