Went to get new Battery installed. It still does not work and fires off. Took it back to them and they ignored me and would not fix it. Would never go there again. A rip off.

Being a mom with a young child out shopping by yourself can be a stressful experience. Today, I was finished shopping and I was out by my car. My baby was screaming in her car seat sitting in the shopping cart while I was trying to load my groceries. A young man who was pushing carts came up to me and said, “You worry about the baby and get her in the car, I’ll load your groceries for you.” I tried to glance at his name tag, I think his name was Quan. This worker stopped without skipping a beat to help someone he didn’t know and tried making their day a little bit easier.
Sam’s Club, you have an A+ employee and he deserves a raise!

Had a very bad experience. Got yelled by the cashier for getting something with no label on it. I don't think it was my fault to get yelled like that. They need to learn to be polite. As a regular customer I'm very disappointe.

My mother bought very expensive frames here and the prism lenses, it turns out were cut too small for the frame, not beveled to fit in this expensive frame and always popped out! My mother, at 86 yrs old didn’t know it was due to incorrect fabrication so never asked about it when still under warranty!! We just found this out now after trying to have them fixed at another place. She then went back to Sam’s and was told there was nothing to be done because they were out of warranty & oh, by the way, SHE had stretched out the frame!I then went back to speak with this salesperson to ask for a copy of mom’s prescription to which I was told it was expired so she wouldn’t give it to me and again nothing could be done. When I asked why new better- fitting lenses could be put into the old frames and was told first, “no” followed by “ well not for free!! Really bad customer service!! We will not be ordering ANY new eyeglasses here going forward!!

They only have one person working the food court during lunch hour. While other workers are standing around watching people check out.

Everything is fair pricing especially on bulk items. Love this store. Even gas is always low and easy to get. Fast lines and very sweet employees who are happy to go above and beyond to help with shopping needs.

Affordable eyewear. The coatings, that other optical stores charge out the wazoo for, come standard with the lenses at a way more affordable price. The 2yr warranty is way better than the competition!! Not to mention it's actual opticians who work with you and not trained to upsell.

Thank goodness this Sam's Club is close by. The area is very limited when it comes to grocery stores, so even though we buy in bulk going to Sam's it still works out. The store is very clean, the employees are pleasant and I've never gone in there where they have been out of something I'm looking for.

I went to the cafeteria the hot dogs really good but the pizza.... Ok so the dough comes in frozen then is pressed out with a machine the pizza was paper thin to make matters worse it is doused with too much tomato sauce too much cheese and too much toppings causing it to fall apart instantly when picking it up not to mention the dough is also raw not cooked all the way and it's very greasy. Not worth the money .

Was not happy to find out I can not shop early unless I have a plus membership. I would have thought they would have given their members notification of this change before it happened. I am an early morning shopper so I guess this eliminates Sams Club. They told me I could pay extra for that privilege but I feel we already pay to shop there and they have the nerve to ask for more money. I probably went there 3-4 times a week but I guess I will be going somewhere else.

I shop at Sam's Club a lot, enough to where I earn more on the Plus rewards than I pay for the membership. However, two things really bug me about the store. One, they allow solicitors outside of the exit on a normal basis during weekends. I pay to shop at Sam's, I don't want to solicited, even for a good cause after I get finished grocery shopping. Some of the organizations are more pushy than others. The other buggy thing, which is not unique to this location, is they have outsourced their cell phone service desk. The employees then try to stop you as you are entering to go shop to ask about cell phones and DirecTV service. I literally just ignore them. The desk is always there, not some one-time deal. I simply feel like the vendor should not be allowed to solicit to shoppers.

I love Sam's Club, especially in Salisbury, MD as we are limited in grocers. Walmart next door, so almost one stop shopping. Folks helpful, friendly, and good buys. We basically use for staples, that don't spoil, now that 2 person household, but when family comes, or for Christmas gifts, a bargain. I also buy my coffee online, free shipping, best price. Don't know what I would do without it! LOVE

So the actual shopping part of Sam's club was good. They had the free samples going and you know I'm always down for that. The friosk had some free Lysol wipes so we got the hook up with some of those. We actually came here to get our tires checked out because I was pretty sure there was a nail in it or something because it kept leaking air. There were some people waiting there before us, and they ended up pretty upset. They literally waited almost 2 hours for a tire rotation. That is absolutely ridiculous. When they asked to speak to the manager, the manager tried to blame the customer, and the lady that was handling the the front desk also tried to blame the customer I couldn't believe it. Her leaving ended up speeding up our process, but it was ridiculous watching it unfold. Daryn....I hoped I spelled it righ,t was awesome. He went out of his way to let us know what was going on with our car.
