Had a very bad experience. Got yelled by the cashier for getting something with no label on it. I don't think it was my fault to get yelled like that. They need to learn to be polite. As a regular customer I'm very disappointe.

They only have one person working the food court during lunch hour. While other workers are standing around watching people check out.

This isn't a review of the entire store, just the tire and battery department. We've been buying sets of 4 tires for our vehicles for years from Sam's. It was nice that lifetime balance and rotations, and free flat repairs, of the tires came with the purchases. You could generally go into this Sam's on a day when you were going to be shopping and have the tires taken care of when you shopped. Now you have to make an appointment, not only for service, but to purchases tires, too. All that said, my biggest issue with this department is when you call and try to speak to someone working in that department, you can never get anyone to pick up the call. Not being able to get anyone to answer the phone cost Sam's a sale on four new tires. We went to a business down the road from Sam's, without an appointment, and got immediate service. Even before the pandemic, I thought the tire and battery department in this Sam's was poorly managed.

Everything is fair pricing especially on bulk items. Love this store. Even gas is always low and easy to get. Fast lines and very sweet employees who are happy to go above and beyond to help with shopping needs.

Thank goodness this Sam's Club is close by. The area is very limited when it comes to grocery stores, so even though we buy in bulk going to Sam's it still works out. The store is very clean, the employees are pleasant and I've never gone in there where they have been out of something I'm looking for.

Ms. Doris always provides the best customer service and is respectful, friendly and engaging, always an amazing experience. I had a problem yesterday and she along with the cashier Samantha help to resolve it but I feel corporate needs to put in writing the “policy” regarding screenshots of my barcode or card because as a plus member with a business account, I don’t want to be questioned about wether or not this is a picture or in the app. Samantha was only doing her job and what she told to do but I feel management is putting good folks in harms way by having them check to see if a member card or barcode In Their phone is a picture or the actual app. Please put that “policy” in writing instead of making it a “practice” and making the member feel “profiled”. Like I said we were able to resolve it with Ms. Doris leadership and Samantha was a sweetheart but she should have not had to be put in that predicament to check my phone if corporate doesn’t make it a “policy”instead of a random “Practice” that made me the customer feel singled out. I’ve been a member I think 28 years and have always felt valued. I will continue but my money matters like the next person, so don’t treat me any different and expect me to be ok. I apologize for getting upset with the associate because my anger was misguided and misdirected and she didn’t deserve it. Management/corporate get ut together so I can continue to have a great shopping experience and satisfaction. Love my club I. Salisbury, Md.
