Less than 3 weeks and I paid for 2 months and I asked for a partial refund. I was denied the partial refund. It is ridiculous they can sell the space immediately and make double money now. Not to mention everything was covered in mouse poop and it smelled of piss. I told them and I got okay. Like what kind of response is that. Poorly maintained and zero regard for peoples belongings.

I have had a storage unit at Salisbury storage since 2019 and never had any issues. Management and staff has always been very helpful and friendly. This month I needed to go into a bigger unit and the manager helped me with the relocation on the premises. She made it so simple and easy and worked with my schedule to accommodate my wife and I . Thankyou so much for all you do and for taken care of our needs

Ashley in the office was amazing with helping and guiding me throughout the signing and moving in process. She gave me a preferred locker closer to hallway entrance and according to my needs. Also recommended that I sign up online for a better price. Great experience.
