Once a year I swear your business raises the rent on a storage unit, this is outrageous to pay $71, I even have one of the smaller units. I went with your business because it was the lowest at the time.

I needed short term storage that was not available close to my new home. This place and in particular Leslie and Azure were very accommodating, both on intake and closing the account when space became available closer to home. Very nice clean storage and easy access off-hours. Great place, great people, fair prices.

The best storage facility I have ever worked with! We have been a customer seasonally for almost 10 years and year round for the past two, and they always go above and beyond to meet our needs.The units are in great shape and always cleaned prior to move-in. If they had locations in our other operational areas I would never use anyone else.Susan (their long time Manager) is one of the nicest people I have ever worked with and she will definitely take care of you, I promise!

Had my stuff in storage for 5 months and ended up with roaches. Spoke with Susan and she referred me to the insurance, i got with the storage, and told me they would handle it. She explained there are two types of roaches and wood roaches are harmless. She also told me they use scott rice for bugs and mice control. She tried to down play having roaches. I called the insurance company and it will take 2-3 business days before some contacts me! Love the customer service!It gets better...just got the call from the claims department. I need to take a picture of a roach to show proof!! Let me dig in a box to find the roach and take a picture so I can get $500!!!
