Should be closed by the State Of Maryland. The owner is a crook! They lie, they do terrible work. The hire convicts, and the owners should be in jail with their employees. Bought a truck that needed $6,000 worth of repairs once I left there. They offered to give me $2,000 towards repairs. Then two days later went back on their word. Do not take ANYTHING to them!

Truck was finished after nearly 2 months. The color match was terrible, looks like Stevie wonder did it. Had to take thinner to get to over spray of the back window and mirror. When I said something about the color not matching, the painter said “I think I’m kind of matches”. The manager was standing there and had nothing to say. Been a while since i am posting this but its due. I have an older vehicle that I went to them to paint. Gave me a fair price and the one Guy I believe was his brother said they could have it done in a week, It wasn't by any means. We camp a lot so we need my truck as much as I could. They had it for two weeks and we had to take the truck out of the shop so we could go camping. well this went on for about 2 months of in and out of the shop till they got it done. They are some nice people that i enjoyed talking with. Well the final product was poor. The paint had runs all over it that you can see in spots and some that you couldn't see till the sun would hit it. I should of taken it back but did not because we were sure it would not be done for a long time again and still wouldn't be done any better

I would give this business a - 10 stars if I could. They are very unprofessional, rude, and not competent at all. A small deer hit the side of my truck. My truck is a 2015 Ford F150, and the body is aluminum. The deer made a couple dents on the driver's door, the front quarter panel, and a small dent on the back passenger door. My wife took our truck up to them for an estimate. They were very nice, and courteous, and gave her an estimate, and would only take 2-3 weeks, at a reasonable price. My wife explained to them that she had a rare cancer, and we could not be without a vehicle, because of the doctor appointments that were already scheduled. They said it would be no problem. Car rental was only 30 days with ins company paying. They were VERY well aware of this and said we would be good to go. That IF for some reason it had to go past the 30 days they would take care of it, a few options were thrown out there on how. So we felt no need to worry or stress over anything. But our nightmare had just begun. After about a week my wife called to ask about the progress of the truck. The woman that answered the phone informed her that the door hasn't come in yet, and they expect it any day. Another week, and she calls back up there. They didn't answer their phone. I called from my phone, and they answered right away. That seemed a little fishy to me. So I asked about the truck, and the woman said that they hadn't received the check from the insurance company so the door didn't get ordered. On week 3 we started to get worried because our rental car agreement was almost to the 30 day mark, and we would have to pay from then on. Needless to say, they had our truck for 40 days and I was charged $400 to my credit card. When we go pick the truck up we noticed that when we opened the driver's door it would drop ( hard not to notice. If you shut the door normal it didn't shut it bounced back) so that was about a 1/4" drop. We informed them of this and they had to take it back to the shop to line the door up. The weather stripping around the door had broken pins and was hanging in some spots. We informed them about that, and that the truck was missing the ECOTECH emblem. The rectangle hole in the door where the doorstop comes from was all dented. The inside of the door where it had been painted was not coated. And other minor issues. They acted fine about fixing it. Told us to bring it back any day and they would take care of it. My wife took the truck there because we noticed more issues. One of the rude guy told my wife no problem. Bring it in on Monday early as possible and it would take 2 days. My wife asked a few times are you sure, wed she had another cancer appointment and if it was going to be longer let her know now so she could reschedule that appointment. No, he said, you will have it back Tuesday! Well she, nor I, heard anything from them for those 2 days. So an hr before they closed she went up there. The owner came out once they saw it was her and said truck wasn't ready. They had the door off the truck, and it was hanging for the paint to dry. She told them that she has a cancer doctor appointment at 9am the next day, and was a told the truck would be done today. The owner made up another excuse about the weather, and told her to call at 8am Wed., and he, personally, would deliver the truck. She called at 8am on Wed., and everyone acted like they didn't know who she was. After my wife explained about what the owner had said, they remembered her and told her the truck still wasn't ready. They told her it would be sometime that day before it was ready. About an hour later, (a little after 9am she noticed a white truck leaving our driveway from our camera. She looked around the back of the house, and they had dropped the truck off with no phone call, or anything. They left the keys on the front floor mat. My son’s car was there and every since we have picked it up it has been breaking down every week. They claim that nothing they did was the result; however, the car worked fine prior to the accident and then keeping it for over 4 months to fix it. There is still a missing part they haven’t received or put on. We had to replace the guard rail two days after getting it back because it was dragging on the road! I wouldn’t recommend gambling with this auto body shop. It’s nice the same as years before.

Poor customer service, and poor communication skills. Called about getting a Hatch-door lock replaced and was told to come by to get an estimate. Was then told when I got there that the estimate was the only thing they could do and it would be three weeks before they could do it. That’s what phone calls are for, to let customers know any delays or time periods when they call.

Truck was not ready when promised cause the painter did not show up to work. After waiting three weeks, truck still was not right but I got tired of waiting. Clear coat is currently peeling off and only primer is under the liner of the bed...yes found out this past week while making repairs to the bumper that had overspray on.

Do not use this place!!!! I took my Mercedes Benz to be painted and a dent fixed. At first they were nice and professional. The day I dropped it off (at my scheduled time 8:00am) no was there in the front office to receive my keys, to greet me, or anything. Once someone finally came to the front (from the back) I gave them my keys and had to remind them I needed to pay 50% of the payment (as stated as their policy). Long story short, they were unprofessional when it was their fault for not keeping proper records, they were rude and disrespectful when they were wrong at the amount they quoted me (tried to over charge me). The paint job looks nice, but they were not able to paint my vehicle door knobs (4 of them), they broke my gas cap strap, disconnected my passenger airbag and told me that was not their fault. I had to pay money to have it reconnected by Mercedes, broke a part of my front grill and lied that they were going to order a new one. I have not heard from them since January. Save yourself the headache and the some money and DO NOT GO THERE. Trust me!

Stay as far away from this place as you can... They had my truck for 4 months and never finished it.. They are butchers... They don't know what they are doing.. What a joke... Don't waste your time here...
