I had to pay 3 time and when I founded out that at the self checkout they stole 54$ the guy told me to check with my bank.
Ok! Fine! I check and it’s not working.
The food wasn’t bad except they got my order all wrong, in the sandwich were missing a lot of toppings that I had put and in my fries there were no nachos cheese when I had payed for that too…
Horrible experience!!!

Went in yesterday for lunch and it was just nasty. Restroom was dirty. One woman in the kitchen used her bare hands to put lettuce in a container for customers. Just nasty. Won't be going there again.

Night time is a great time to come here. Especially the food prep counter staff that push their conspiracy theories on you when they can’t take a hint you’re ignoring them.Oh, and the self check out is fantastic. Makes up for the attendants who stare at you when you ask for assistance.2 Stars solely because it’s open 24 hours and gas availability.

On Christmas I bought the 20 piece chicken. I ordered it online, when I got there they said they didn't get the order. I had to wait for them to make it. That was fine but when I got home and opened it, the chicken was dripping with oil and the breading was falling off. I will never get chicken from there again

Came in at 7pm ordered 20 pc chicken. I paid for it by 704pm. The guy behind the counter said they didn’t have enough ready and we’re dropping some down for my order at 712pm and would be 15 min. At 720 he let me know they were dropping it down and it would be 14.5 minutes. I really think he was encouraging me to cancel my order. It seems this happens frequently here.

This store is charging 10 cents for a paper bag at checkout. There are no plastic bags available at checkout so you are given no choice. This type of service is what makes people stop going to all locations for a store. I know I have no desire to go to a Royal Farms again. I will go to a different convince store that doesn't charge for bags AND has them available.

Walked in to order chicken, turned the corner because we came in from the back door, and turned around just as fast. A women behind the food counter had extremely long hair extensions ( braided) she was flipping her hair all around. She was using gloved hands to whip her hair around.. NO THANK YOU!!!! keep it tied up !!!!! like everyone else in food service ! Needless to say we will not be getting food from this store! not that anyone that works there cares.... notice they never respond when people tell the truth and point out issues!! but they will respond to the very few good reviews
