Definitely calling the corporate office, very disappointed. First I got charged for items I did not get. Which I feel like it was done on purpose, the cashier knew the people with the products I got charged for they were right behind me. It wasn't an accident and if this is the way you try to get over on customers then I will surely take my business elsewhere. Plus the food I ordered wasn't cooked all the way. Will be calling g corporate tomm morning. Hope you guys get better and honest staff. Bec your gonna end up losing buisness.

I was against returning to this location’s as I shared my concerns about prior experiences . However, this location has hired new employees that have made a world of differences. Cantrelle is always pleasant, and smiling! Her customer service is amazing and she deserves to be promoted. Barry greets everyone and engage in conversation. He’s very nice! Ty is always working hard to keep ROFO together and he’s helpful whenever ever I have a question. Thank you all for a better experience and your wonderful customer service !!!

This place actually sucks. My cesar wrap had frost bite on it and i coudnt eat it. I specifically asked for a sprite and all they had was starry. There was a duck and hair in my chicken. Where’s the koolaid man. I’m never going back again.

This location has gotten way better especially with staffing. The night-time shift learned Deniece was exceptional dropped us fresh food and allowed us to have drinks on the house for the wait.

Individual chicken was very good. One person said they aren't good at sandwiches and one really liked theirs. They confused our boxes. She was very nice. Adam got two burritos without sweet peppers.... Lots of flies, for realz machine doesn't work. Only sell losing lottery tickets.

Poor Food Service: Employees intentionally keep chicken counter low/empty. This way, they can easily deter customers who want to order chicken by claiming there will be a 35-45 wait time. It's a clever way to avoid working.

The worst bathrooms I've ever seen! Every single time my husband and I go to the restrooms they are nasty. Clogged sinks, nasty floors ashes on baby changer, baby changer is just terribly nasty! Wow and they sell food. I can't imagine what the kitchen area looks like! Please help

Ran out of chicken on July 4th. Only 2 people working in the entire store. Self checkout failed every other customer. The district manager should get a pink slip for setting up this schedule. Sad state!

Went to get food the Thursday night and after we ordered the kitchen guy walks over from the register and says they don't have s ANY of that right now because he didn't get a chance to make it! Like boy you've been over at the register taking? Then he asks if I want to wait 15 min for it like I sat down at a restaurant. When we leave we see the man back over at the register still not doing a thing but talking. Like do your job.
