My experience with this particular store isn’t very good. They are slow by all means. Just today alone I tried calling the pharmacy 15 times and not once did anyone pick up the phone. I live across town and didn’t want to ride over if My Brothers medicine wasn’t ready. I finally gave up. That doesn’t count how many times I have called in the past week or two. I went into the store earlier today and saw at least two pharmacist and the cashier and at least 3 other people. So at least one of those people could have answered even if it was to put me on hold.That’s just poor customer service. That’s why I left Rite Aid pharmacy in general a long time ago.

Went in for second shingle shot, new covid-19 as well as RSV shot. From the time I walked in I was greeted by very friendly customer service and then awesome pharmacy staff as well as the pharmacists. They all rock!

Their pharmacy techs are so nasty on the phone. They cut you off and the one lady today kept getting mean and clearly I was inconveniencing her with calling in for a refill. Switching to apple drugs.

I sat on the phone for over 8 minutes just to get a question answered about my prescription. The time I called I was on hold and someone hung the phone up.

The only complaint we have is the erratic pharmacy hours and the "informational" recording. In January I went on Sunday to get my prescription but was told the pharmacy is closed on Sundays now. Then last week I went I to the store to pick up something and saw the pharmacy open. I asked about it and was told they recently changed hours again. The recording when I call is I correct 98% of the time. Understanding that there is a shortage of employees, they can at least update the recording so we don't drive 30 minutes and find it closed and we have no medication.

7 months pregnant, went to pick up my iron pills they told me someone picked them up on the ninth. Who I don't know. my doc and I was the only ones knew the prescription was there. I told them I didn't pick them up, the girl at the window said someone with my birthday did. And I will have to buy them because my Insurance will not pay for another. pissed off

There’s a copy of Call of Duty ghosts listed as 80 dollars. At any other given store it sells for about 5 dollars. Preposterous!

Front of the store staff are really helpful and attentive. Can’t speak about the pharmacy, but I’ve always had a pleasant experience with the other staff.

I see why they have bad reviews!!!!!!! I called to check on my prescription today. Manager claimed my prescription could not be dispensed because I had no ID on file??????? Well how did I pick up my prescription last saturday?????? Last saturday I asked the woman if I could sign up for the text notifications when my prescription was ready. She asked me 3 times what was it that I was asking????? Like this is your job and something so simple as a text notification you act like you don't understand. They turned me off from all rite aids because I laid that manager out! They are terrible here. Save yourself the high blood pressure. Irritating. PUTTING A 800 NUMBER FOR PEOPLE TO CALL ISN'T GOING TO HELP. GET NEW STAFF!!!!!!!!

They lie about ordering your prescription and when you call the next day they inform you it’ll be another day because it wasn’t ordered when they said. They don’t answer the phone and it takes you back to the main menu. Horrible customer service.
