“Amanda Tingle was amazing to work with. I cannot express how grateful I am for all her help with buying my first home. Amanda also pointed things out in the homes we toured that may be concerning or influence my decision without pressuring me one way or another (water damage, bad/messy repairs etc.)We had complications after inspection at one house. When I decided to end that contract and I decided on a different house my lender said I no longer qualified for the loan I was pre-approved for. After I was unable to workout the issues with that lender she gave a recommendation for a different lender that was great to work with, and after all of that we only had a one week delay for closing.She was super friendly and attentive, answered all my questions and if she did not know the answer to one she would reach out to the appropriate person to get the answer.Overall I would definitely recommend Amanda Tingle as a realtor to anyone looking to buy a home and would definitely work with her again.”
