“Held mail while away is normally handled perfectly with mail delivered and normal delivery resumed.
Internet based “hold” process and email confirmed delivery details all went as expected.
But this is first time I had to check/pickup mail that had mistakenly been retained at post office.
Mostly, want to thank Maria for correcting issue; finding my mail, and resuming delivery service. The post office was very busy, and she did a great job of helping me. Much appreciated.
