Salesperson ( Alex) worked hard to get us in a car that met our needs. Finance person (Shantayla) was amazing and very professional. The back & forth haggling game was exhausting and unnecessary, walked out where I said I wanted to be at the start, but only after 2 hours of frustration. One last point, the website price (observable only after providing contact information), matched the traditional sticker but IS NOT the price at which negotiations started. That price was $5K higher! Pure bait and switch.

Marcus was very easy to deal with. Deal got worked out in a short time. Got what I needed, no pressure. Would buy from again and recommend. Second vehicle I've bought from Pohohanka and completely satisfied.

Pulled up to pohanka toyota and was met by a bubbly Austin who was like I can get you out of that small car and into a bigger newer more comfy one and he did just that...very pleasant young gentleman I might add he even bought me a pepsi...lol...was great seeing hunter again as well and the effort that will and the financial supervisor I didn't catch his name but in the end they all went above and beyond to make us happy and we appreciate that more than they realize
