I have been a loyal customer of Pohanka throughout my last four vehicle purchases and have always had amazing experiences no matter which location I went to. Unfortunately, that experience was NOT the case recently. I found myself being lied to and manipulated multiple times while searching for a vehicle within Pohanka over the past couple of months. My experience this time around was 100% negative to the point where my wife and I decided to walk away with no vehicle purchase and at this point we have no intention of ever giving Pohanka our business again. There are definitely some great employees within the company but the ones that we dealt with recently have turned us off to ever giving them our business again.

Horrible! Very overpriced and the 2012 or 2013 whichever it was at that point was irrelevant due to all the rust under the truck. 23k?!! They lost their mind!! Not to mention bald tires and not even 4 wheel drive. Total rust bucket and tried to cover it with putty. Total joke!! If I could give 0 stars I would.
