From pulling in front of dealership...
1. Our Sales rep Sherrie Haynes was waiting along with our test drive Nissan KICKS out front as we pulled in. ?
2. Val our finance mngr. was so kind and caring ( genuine not fake)?
3. As was the gentleman who took care of my trade. His name escapes me but he was in his 30's, african american with beard and looked like a football player. ?
4. All worked with me to get the payment i was comfortable with, from trade in value $$$$$, asking price of vehicle and monthy payment.
5. Detailing vehicle before leaving with it was done well.
6. Facilities- Dealership was spotless. Bathrooms were very clean. Waiting area spacious.
They have a vending machine area right close to service area with a nice selection of drinks and snacks. Healthy choices plus sweet tooth choices as well. It is a kiosk. Does not take money or change, only debit/credit cards so beware of this.
7. Service area is immaculate as well.
All in all my experience was pretty wonderful. I would highly recommend Pohanka Nissan, Salisbury MD.
NOTE: I haven't bought a car in 10 years. It was much easier today than back then in 2014. ??⛽️

Just wasted 2.5 hours sitting in the service department only to be told that the airbag sensor in my Infinity M37 was obsolete and no longer manufactured by Nissan. Seems implausible that parts for a mandatory safety item could become obsolete? In addition I now have black greasy footprints on my door frame and front mat. Advisors seemed to be preoccupied with discussing weekend plans, I had to continue to inquire about the status of my car until someone realized the car had been done earlier and forgot about me sitting waiting for the car.

Went in for LOF on my Z. Service staff are really good people. They are friendly and take their job seriously. I always feel acknowledged every time I work with them. I am very happy with this service and highly recommend.

While on vacation in Maryland, I contacted this Nissan dealership for problems with the transmission of my Infiniti QX80. My original request was to have my transmission oil replaced. Nissan instead recommended that I have my car diagnosed. I accepted. Their conclusion was that the "torque inverter" was defective and my transmission needed to be replaced. They specified that it was impossible for me to go to Canada. As the repair cost 7900 USD, and there was a delay of 4 days to receive it, I decided to take the risk of returning to Canada by driving at 90km/h, in manual mode to avoid gear changes , accelerating slowly. I contacted Infiniti Quebec who planned to change my transmission upon my return. In doing their own diagnosis, they recommended doing a transmission oil change first. I tested my vehicle for 300km, towed my trailer again for more than 100km and everything was back to normal with the simple oil change that I had requested at the base. Nissan of Salisbury therefore charged me US$192 for a bad diagnosis and ultimately left me driving for 1,200 km with a 4880lb trailer with insufficient black oil.

Great service as always. Won't take my 4-wheel baby anywhere else! Just wish I could get it repainted there...I am driving my 2014 CrossCabriolet until the wheels fall off. At which point, I would promptly have it towed to Pohanka Salisbury to have them put the wheels back on...LOL But that new electric Ariya did catch my eye!

They helped my son over and beyond then any sales person I have dealt with. They made it simple and easy for him to get paper work and stuff done considering I was at work. I was able to do everything over emailed links to get the process started and finished. I will be definitely returning when it's time for me to get a new car.
