My experience was amazing! Definitely a 10/10, Malachi was so friendly and professional. For not working in sales for very long, his knowledge and way of words had me thinking he was in sales for years! Very good sales persona and he helped me but my first brand new car so i’m very grateful for him and his service!

They never do what they say they will do. They constantly lie telling you your vehicle will be ready on a certain date then they'll keep your vehicle for 2 months.

I made my appointment a couple of weeks ago for an open recall on my car. I don’t live locally and had to drive over an hour to get to shop, which would have been no problem, except after my car was checked in, I was told they would have to order the part needed for my car. I happened to have the day off today from work which is why I scheduled it for today. Now I’m going to have to take time off work in order to drive back to the dealer to have this taken care of.
The associate who checked me in was extremely pleasant and friendly though. That is the only reason why I would give a star in my rating.

I truly appreciate the service I have received at Pohanka Hyundai in Salisbury . I have had had 2 emergencies in the past 2 years and they have helped to correct the situation. Today the window on the driver’s side would not come back up. I did not mind waiting while they diagnosed the situation. Then they corrected the problem.

Good service from Pohanka. They addressed all my questions and looked at fluid levels(replaced when needed), checked breaks, tire tread etc. This was my first service at Pohanka and I will definitely be back

I could get an immediate appointment, the wait time was not too bad and they honored my Hyundai service contract without giving me a hard time like the dealership in Dover.
