As an agent we are not provided with bank cards and do not ride around with agency account information so to be denied change of a $50 bill is beyond ridiculous.

I have been trying to get ahold of someone for over an hour. I called from three different phones just to up the anti, and not a single one answered. They are not even close to busy whenever I go. It was like this last week. SECU always answered on the first couple rings. PNC could learn a thing or two.

Poor customer service. They are rude and entitled. They do not take the time to get to know regular customers and they won’t even give you access to your own money. They make up rules and treat REGULAR customers like garbage.
