I do not live there, we visited a friend of a friend. The inside is very clean. The outside is situated in a little tiny Eastern shore Forest. The staff is always very accommodating.

Nasty, bed bug infested and noone is doing anything to help the folks that live there. This place could be something really special for folks but the owners do not care..it needs fresh paint and flooring and power washing. Take some pride in a place your making money on. My aunt lived there over 20 yrs and never had fresh flooring and had mold growing in her bathroom and kitchen, she had health issues but this did not help. She passed 3 weeks ago.
