“2 years ago a little white matted dog who was only 14 months old was attacked by another dog and the owners wanted him to be euthanized.
The Wicomico Humane’s Society did emergency surgery on him and saved him.
I saw his picture online and read his story…
I immediately filled out the application online and called them to see if he was still available.and 2 days later I was selected to come see him:
I got there when the doors opened and when they brought him out to me it was love at first site. I will be forever grateful for them picking me to be his Mama. The adoption process was very professional and the staff friendly and the facility was clean.
I look at him everyday and am so incredibly thankful for all of the wonderful work they do each day in trying to find all the animals good homes.

“We arrived 10mins till close (our fault I didn't realize their sunday hours) and there was a line a of people at the register, but nonetheless the cashier on hand was polite and handed all the customers waiting like he had just clocked in. Unfortunately I didn't catch their name. But bravo to handling that situation! Good place for dog wash. They now are offering a quick wash no appointment necessary, only $29.99”

Great garden center / nursery and they have a cute little set up where you can plant your own.”
