I highly recommend this facility. The entire staff is professional polite and courteous. I had a foreign object in my eye I couldn't remove. It was very painful! I was seen the same day within an hour of when I called. Great facility, great people and great service!

amazing doctors office. ? they have such wonderful and knowledgeable staff. I was able to be seen quickly! I’m leaving this office feeling so much better! I’m grateful for everyone here. This is truly one of the best eye care facilities you can be seen at !!!!!!

I went there for contact prescription. Spent two hours for the doctor to come in and see me for 5 minutes. The doctor got my prescription for my contacts wrong. I went back a second time and the doctor was running an hour and a half behind so I could not wait, I asked to see another doctor and went back for that appointment.They wanted to charge my medical insurance which I do not have medical . I only have vision insurance. Why am I getting charged for medical When the doctor got the prescription wrong and only spent less than 5 minutes on me, she let the staff do her job

I was very happy with the service I had received from scheduling my appointment, to going to it. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming, making the entire process seamless and easy. They also made it easy to be able to order contacts through my insurance provider and made that whole process easy!

Eye exam was very thorough. However, the eye department personnel was the rudest, elderly, crotchety human that I have ever met. The Eyewear and all came to 640.00! I HAVE NEVER SPENT THIS MUCH ON 1 pair of glasses! The frames were only 150.00! I'll take my prescription to Walmart!!!

Most unprofessional worst place ever the staff are rude and I worked there the managers have completely failed most unorganized place ever do Not recommend for anything!! From day one the entire staff is just rude talking horrible about patients elderly calling for emergency and they said they will wait it’s not emergency it’s sad Get it together!!! If I could rate 0 stars I totally would

This place is amazing with a friendly staff and they're knowledgeable. The facility is huge, with onsite consultation and the ability to buy not just prescription glasses but also sunglasses by the looks of it.
The wait time was fast, they ask you to arrive fifteen minutes early. The lady's at the check in counter are sweet and are very helpful. Answering questions and fielding the phones.
The facility is huge, and it's like a one stop eye shop. From having onsite doctors, to a full glasses and sun glasses shops. From what I saw they will do one on one service.
If you have any issues with your eyes this is the place to get it done

Today I had a new patient appointment and saw Dr. Clifford. I was taken back for my eye examination within five minutes of waiting and had exceptional service from beginning to end. I had the very best experience and will be referring my friends and family there.

I had Cataract surgery at their Surgery Center and I couldn’t have had better care! Everyone was wonderful! Holly was my nurse and she was great and Dr Ospital was so kind and caring. I feel bad that I don’t remember the nurse anesthetist name and there were 2 but both were really great. Now when I have the other eye done I won’t be so scared because I never felt a thing and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Hello! I had an appt in December in Salisbury. Apparently the appt was cancelled, but I had not been contacted or rescheduled (something about an employee who had left PEC). BUT, the admin/eye care support staff made it right and got me in. Thank you! Then, I had an issue when I went back. BUT, Darlene made it right. She was extremely helpful, and I truly appreciated her support and focus on my situation. Thank you, DARLENE, for your customer focus. PEC is lucky to have you on staff!

Oh wow, I used to despise having to get new glasses. I'd rather stick a pin in my eye, or buy a new car. Frank, the Optical Manager took complete control of making this work for me!
