Customer service was great when we ordered furniture (of course) but the furniture is junk. We even had them come out because of a couch seat leaning and they said it was normal and refused to repair it. I was trying to move another couch and when removing the rear cushions I found they rigged the support bracket onto the couch during assembly. It is damaged and they covered it up during assembly. Avoid this place at all costs. Go somewhere else

Austin was very patient and helpful. I don’t like pushy sales people, and will walk away from stores because of that. After a long day of furniture shopping, it was nice to come to Outten Bros Furniture and be able to shop on my own, and still have a sales person available to answer questions as needed. When I entered the store I was greeted by a salesman named Austin. He was knowledgeable in the products and very patient while I looked around to select my furniture. When I finally made my selection of furniture, Austin was awesome with explaining everything to me and made my check out experience go quick and smooth.
