“My rear tire pressure registered 11. A nail bit into the tire. There are at least 10 tire service shops including Firestone, Mr Tire, Delaware Tire, Walmart, PepBoys etc. BW has the most # of reviews with overall average of 4.0 on Google, despite all the other larger shops around. All business has haters and supporters. The good-bad reviews for BW are more detailed than others. Clearly, they were written by people who care. The communication style is [matter of fact and a bit of " in your face"]. But they are sincere and direct. Don't take it personally. You are there to get a good professional job done. They do. The charge for patching the tire was $30. Reasonable & under 1hr. The business premise is clean and tidy. I drove by daily and never knew it is a Auto shop.
There is a energetic happy looking turtle in the indoor pond. There is an absorbing puzzle for the world flags to kill time. Thank you for resolving my car issue without drama.”

He was nice honest and straight to the point. They were busy so I did have to wait in the lobby for quite some time. So I do recommend dropping your vehicle off. Overall good experience at this location.”

“I’ve taken all my vehicles to this location since I bought my first car over 10 years ago. The service is incredible and they never have a long wait time. If there’s no wait I’m out in about 20 minutes. Every single staff member is always so kind and courteous. They always have coupons available on most services and I love that they’re honest and respectful. A huge thumbs up to the staff at this location, especially Justin!! He has a great attitude and was able to save me 20% on all my products and services I received on my last visit. Had to leave a review for these guys/gals who are doing a great job and I hope their boss reads this… cause they deserve a raise and Pat on the back! Even when I didn’t live in Salisbury, I would make the drive because I know I’m in good hands. Thanks again!!”
