I was there yesterday June 20, 2024 waiting for the moving truck to arrive. Truck had a flat tire, got stuck in major traffic for hrs and didn’t arrive until closing time. I want to thank Emma for allowing me to sit in the lobby for hrs and being so kind to me. It was a frustrating day but she kept my spirits up. She is a wonderful employee. I highly recommend Naylor Mill Self Storage.

We have dealt with Naylor Mill self storage for several years. They have been wonderful. When we wanted to store furniture they were great in finding us a climate controlled unit. They were always professional. I really enjoyed working with them.

Awesome Storage place. I appreciate having my stuff there etc. Staff is Awesome! If you need them there there. If you don't need them they stay out your way. I will use again if needed and wish them nothing but the best! And I Thank Miss Emma , Miss Anet, and Mr. Nathan.
