If you have two legs and can walk through the door or maybe even just one and capable of demonstrating the perfect ghetto attitude they'll hire you. Don't know her name and I don't want to know so I just refer to her as the big sloppy and nasty one. Always a dirty look on her face and a nasty attitude like she's being bothered and have better things to do such as eating whatever she can get her hands on. I've had eyes rolled, lips puckered, questions answered in a matter of fact wayand for what I don't know or she's been waiting for me to spoon feed her something. Maybe she was molested as a child or slapped by a boyfriend (if someone wants her) or sad that she's over weight. Whatever the case I had nothing to do with it. Yes I hope this is embarrassing so you stop your mess or go work somewhere where you don't deal with people.

Absolutely worst bank I’ve ever had. Three months ago my account was hacked and three months later I still don’t have access to my accounts, no debit card and no returned phone calls. Every time I call customer service they tell me 3-5 more weeks. Fed up with it. Zero stars all the way but sadly you can’t give a zero.

I spoke with Deanna from this location, who was really kind (thanks girl). I had a follow up question thereafter the phone conversation, therefore I called this branch once more. An overly-caffeinated woman named Amber answered. Amber was unpleasant, abrasive, loud, and bordering on rude/aggressive with her service. I asked one simple question, and it was a complete inconvenience to her. I am appalled that she acted this way, when someone inquired with basic kindness about a silly account question. Keep in mind I am fairly respectful and competent, thanks to my own employment history. I cannot believe she was so nasty. When reiterating a concept she’d spitefully say with haste, “LIKE I SAID……”. Which was just awful. You would have thought the phone call was 20 minutes (it was 4 minutes of her time). I have 2 sisters that are branch managers of other banks at other locations, and they would never.Amber, enough with the caffeine. It’s almost lunch time. The haste and elevated voice on the phone didn’t translate well, and I’m sure it’s like nails on a chalkboard out the teller window. There’s no point in rushing or shouting at a fellow millennial who also works in a customer service job during the worst pandemic ever. I don’t even want to know how you treat yourself, other coworkers, the elderly, or children. I hope you get the therapy you desperately need.

Before I was able to do a cash deposit on their ATM before, now though for no apparent reason it just says check deposit, now you might say "maybe there's an option to change it". I don't know there was nothing on the screen that said "cash deposit" on their ATM nor was there an option to change it. Complete waste of time.

Waited in the drive thru so long, I left. Absolutely ridiculous.June 7, 2021 - ATM out of service INCONVENIENCING CUSTOMERS!! Just wanted to do a simple deposit and have to come inside being exposed and its taking forever!

I have dealt with this branch for almost 20 years. They have had their turn over but the core few that have remained will always go above and beyond to service their customers. Willie is a great representative for M& T bank,,,,whenever I need something business related she is always there willing to go above and beyond.

Horrible Customer Service No acknowledgment when I was in line no one was in front of me 4 Bank employees discussing something bank related I understand communication in the work place but the 10 second rule does nothing but promote good customer service Once I was acknowledged to come forward the attitude of the teller was awful she spent more time in a discussion with the other teller about her getting off at 5 than dealing with me In total the cashier that helped me spoke 3 sentences to me You can come forward How can I help you Thank you No sincerity in her voice body language was shouting you are interrupting me I remember why I use the online banking and the ATM

DO NOT USE THEIR ATM.... I was just robbed of 500 dollars while attempting to transfer funds from one card to my m&t account. The ATM simply informed me that the transaction could not be processed. Which okay, that's totally fine. I'll go use another one. Except when I went to the other m&t on route 50 I found out my account was now 500 dollars short! Now it had been roughly 20 minutes after my false transaction so I figured it wouldn't be that large of a deal considering they're now going to be 500 dollars over what they should be. NOPE! They can't do anything! Because checking ATM transactions is IMPOSSIBLE i'm sure.. I had all information necessary to work this out and they're just telling me I need to get the other bank to open an investigation. Screw you M&T, i'm a broke kid in college and now I don't know what the hell i'm going to do. I'll see you tomorrow to close my account.
