Trenace did an exceptional job helping my husband and I to reach our goal of being homeowners.. I can honestly say without her patience, dedication, hard work and knowledge we would have never been able to purchase the home of our dreams. The negotiation skills she possesses are unbelievable she talked us through every step of the process. She cared for us like family and gave tough love when needed. I had days where I wanted to give up but with her help and encouragement I didn’t plus she wouldn’t allow me to give up. She explored all avenues and if we hit a road block she knew just how to help us get over any obstacles we faced. I recommend her to anyone and everyone that asks me how we became homeowners. Even after settlement day she was available for any questions we have 2 years later. I could go on and on bottom line is if Trenace is not your realtor you are missing out.

We had the pleasure of working with Trenace from Caldwell Banker Realty during our home building and buying process, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with her service. From the start, Trenace demonstrated exceptional knowledge and professionalism, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
Her thorough, clear, and concise communication with the builder was invaluable, especially when issues arose. One significant challenge we faced was when the builder failed to turn on the compressor, which was part of the home inspection. This oversight caused our first month’s bill to skyrocket. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this with the builder, who promised reimbursement, it dragged on for about three months.
Trenace went above and beyond by personally giving us the money from her own pocket, ensuring we didn’t have to wait any longer. This kind gesture exemplifies her dedication to her clients and her commitment to providing top-notch service.
