“Edit: if you need to use a stylus, make sure to talk to him about using OEM replacement parts. I called and he was happy to order the replacement part and take care of it for me for $75+taxI just went to use the stylus to draw up a lace pattern and the s pen is unusuable. It's wildly off on each side for calibration and over the center line it wildly jumps around. I'll figure something out with my Boox e-reader for pattern making but figured I should share this because drawing is a HUGE deal to me and a large part of why I got the galaxy note phones. I've been considering making the switch to a flip phone once I get a house with decent Internet for my PC, but this is a huge inconvenience for my life since my side-hustle is making lace and lace patterns. If you need to use your stylus with any sort of regularity, I wouldn't use this shop since they don't use OEM and while OEM isn't usually necessary and aftermarket parts are usually fine, the quality of the ones they use sadly isn't it.Original review: The gentleman who runs this shop is a lovely man, and replaced my Galaxy Note 10+'s screen and battery 30 minutes faster than he estimated. The cost was also very reasonable, especially compared to replacing a perfectly functional phone.As someone who hates the hassle of struggling with Verizon when getting a new phone and to top it off, dealing a month or two with getting used to a new phone and all its quirks, it means I can enjoy this little buddy of mine for hopefully another few years.”

“This store is AMAZING!!! I will never deal with another Verizon retailer as long as I have Verizon. Alex was so helpful even when Verizon themselves weren't. She really tried to go above and beyond for our needs more-so than Verizon. Verizon on the phone acted like they could care less if they lost a new customer over a mistake they made from the get go that affected the quality of service we received. The professionalism of the employees in this store was excellent. About an hour drive from me but totally worth it.”

“I use the drug store section about 3 times a month. When I visit the store I always need to pick up a few things other than durgs. The employes are always very helpful. I am an 84 yr old white man. I have been around long enought to know that If do not like the way employes react to me I just go someplace else. I have used your store for about 20 yrs.
