“First time I went there and it was great service, friendly people and they did a great job replacing my screen on my Motorola edge phone. I can assure you if you need your phone worked on or need any items they had a lot of inventory in stock. I waited while he fixed my phone and was still gone in less than an hour. I will use these folks for anything I need for a phone in the future.”

She really tried to go above and beyond for our needs more-so than Verizon. Verizon on the phone acted like they could care less if they lost a new customer over a mistake they made from the get go that affected the quality of service we received. The professionalism of the employees in this store was excellent. About an hour drive from me but totally worth it.”

“Probably the easiest and quickest time I spent getting a new phone. After breaking my phone I decided to switch phone carries to T-Mobile and Austin made that transition super easy. He was friendly and efficient and gave us the best deals he could. He also left us well informed about what came with our plan (Apple Tv, AAA, Netflix, etc.). There was a slight mix up for what phone I was getting but Austin was quick to fix it and made sure I left with the one I wanted. Overall this was my best experience with getting a new phone. Took a total of 1.5 hours.”

105 W Ruark Dr, Salisbury“Good customer service still exists. We had a young lady the first time we went to the Salisbury ATT store to upgrade our phones. She advised that the store were out of stock of the phones we wanted. We left to see if another store had the phones in stock. When we couldn't find a store with the phones in stock we returned to the store. We saw the young lady but she seemed as though she didn't want to assist us even though she was just sitting there on a tablet. We are older people that aren't familiar with the new technologies and phones. The gentleman that helped us was very patient, he answered all of our questions and helped us resolve our issues. He also ordered the phones for us. I appreciate his guidance.”
“We visited this store to purchase an additional line and an iPad - absolute kindest staff! Was a mix up they sold me the wrong Apple Pencil for my iPad- switched it out very easily. Had our 2 kids with us for the process and their tablets available for kids to play on were awesome and staff was beyond sweet to them as well! Thank you for such a great experience!!”
