I can assure you if you need your phone worked on or need any items they had a lot of inventory in stock. I waited while he fixed my phone and was still gone in less than an hour. I will use these folks for anything I need for a phone in the future.”

She really tried to go above and beyond for our needs more-so than Verizon. Verizon on the phone acted like they could care less if they lost a new customer over a mistake they made from the get go that affected the quality of service we received. “Good customer service still exists. We had a young lady the first time we went to the Salisbury ATT store to upgrade our phones. She advised that the store were out of stock of the phones we wanted. We left to see if another store had the phones in stock. When we couldn't find a store with the phones in stock we returned to the store. We saw the young lady but she seemed as though she didn't want to assist us even though she was just sitting there on a tablet. We are older people that aren't familiar with the new technologies and phones. The gentleman that helped us was very patient, he answered all of our questions and helped us resolve our issues. He also ordered the phones for us. I appreciate his guidance.”
