Everyone at the Preston Hyundai dealership in Millsboro, DE was wonderful, helping me purchase my Palisade. My Sales Consultant Melvin Royster answered all my questions. Nicole Millison the General Manager was very thorough and friendly helping everyone. This was the most efficient Finance Manger Robin Hagel I have had buying a car.

Service coordinator was very responsive and friendly. Car was done in a reasonable amount of time as well. Only thing I would've expected was after spending $5k on the car that it might have gotten vacuumed and/or washed as many other dealerships do.

This is the best dealership for service that I have ever been to. They are top-notch pros and so diligent. The service manager, David Farver, and his wonderful team of service mechanics did everything possible to help get me on the road when I experience some difficulty with my car. They were the only ones that took the time to try and fix things for me and it was at the end of the day with no appointment. Prior to that I had been running around to different dealerships and no one would help. In addition to their outstanding performance, the facility itself is wonderful. It is neat and clean. They have coffee popcorn different television sets so that you don't have that boredom factor as you wait for your vehicle. The restrooms are squeaky clean and they even provide products for convenience in case you need anything. I will bring all of my vehicles there from now on. Thanks a million David and to the fantastic team!
