Nice place to rent a home

I have admittedly poor credit. I explained my situation to the office. I have a perfect rental history for the past 5 years 8 months. I have a full time job, with a perfect work history, a veteran, I was turned down because of my credit of course. I asked if there was anything they could do because they are a local company and have strong ties in the community. I was told there was nothing they could do. It's not that hard to take a chance on someone.

I’ve been renting for these people for two years of course I’ve had problems and of course it took a min to get them all resolved but it got done. Anna is very sweet and deserves a lot more. Every time I call or come in she makes sure she gets it done and I can be a pain sometimes but she very understanding and does everything she can.

So a few years ago I applied to this place and they told me that I had a bails bond that I didn’t pay for. First off I ain’t never in my life had or put my name down to pay for a bails bond and I told them that. They insisted that I had one and they pull by credit THATS A LIE! Second, it’s a few ppl in Salisbury with the same name and maybe THEY had a bails bond. They still denied me because of that. As of today, I wanted to apply cus I seen they had a house or 2 available. I also heard they had different applications(subsidized and regular app). So I didn’t wanna apply for subsidizing cus I knew their list was super long. They said I couldn’t apply to the 3 bedroom they had available because it was subsidized and it was only me and another person but I wasn’t applying to that application. I was applying to the regular application. I just think it’s dumb and it doesn’t make sense to me. Also Anna is rude. Done trying with this rental place. Only gave it a 2 cus I haven’t stayed in there houses.

Worst service ever they are get overs ! Charged us so much money after we deeped cleaned the house and everything before we left. There was a hole in the wall but we fixed it before we left. I want to also say it was a MOUSE INFESTATION! They are money hungry would charge you for any and everything that they can horrible place. My sister also rented from them and she had bad mold! If they came to fix anything it would become even more broken then before they came. slumlords, never again will i rent from them

3×the rent is so ridiculous. For people like self living off of minimum wage, the renters are money hungry, and as long as the rent is paid on time, then there should not be a problem renting to hard-working people

Today I went to submit an application and it may not seem like much but the friendliness of Anna was extremely encouraging. Especially since I’ve had my share of discouragement while looking for a new place. Even if it doesn’t work out, I definitley appreciate the interaction.

I use to live here so many years ago. I got my very first apartment with Milford Twilley's. It was when Charlotte was manager the places were cheap then and I still see theirreasonable today. I recommend this place to any one looking to rent. I had an amazing experience here????
