I just purchased my home in August of last year and immediately needed their help. I called two other business that tried to tell me I needed a whole new unit. I almost went through with the unit but decided to give Mid Atlantic a call and they fixed my issue for about 100 dollars. They literally saved me 6900 dollars. They are professional, knowledgeable and each experience with them has been wonderful.

We have used Mid Atlantic many times over the past decade. Initially they were very professional and responsive. However, this is no longer the case. When calling to get assistance with service notices from our unit, we were met with a response of "You can take care of that yourself we are not going to do that." Another attempt to get service was met with "what do you live in a trailer?" we do not. Our 30 year old, original to the home, air conditioner went up which, at 30 years old even I (not an HVAC expert) could have said.They charged us $375 to tell us that. We immediately requested estimate for replacement units as it is summer and we need one. They sent us a bill before ever contacting us to help us actually fix the issue through replacemen. They value $375 over 10k. They do not seem interested or to value on going relationships with their customer base. When discussed with the woman who was performing the estimate, she said she would be able to come talk to us in nearly 2 weeks. In the meantime 4 other companies have come out and put together full estimates anf agreed to take over our service needs. I cannot stress how mucg you should consider ANY OTHER HVAC COMPANY in the area over this one. You will regret giving them a penny because they will not help you when you need it.

This company is absolutely the WORST!!! This company was the one chosen by our home warranty company. No show for over 7 times. 703-447-8046, no one answer or voice mail full. When being asked why no show, the company made up lies saying I didn't confirm the appointment time, or I didn't answer a phone call or no one home. Day 1 - Requested to have an AC service, an appointment was scheduled 6 days later Day 6 - Appointment being rescheduled to the second day right before the appointment time. Day 7 - No show, no emails, no phone calls. I tried to call Mid Atlantic customer service and ended up had to call my insurance company to get hold of them. Day 8 - No show. I called insurance and requested re-assign to another company. Mid Atlantic agreed on an appointment the second day. Day 9 - (9) Days after the initial request, the technician came and stayed for only 5 minutes. At first, he made a wrong diagnose saying the Freon is leaking. When I told him that my AC unit is brand new, about two years old, he started checking something else. He said that he will submit a report to order parts, which may take 5 days. Another 3 days later, I called to check my insurance for the status of the parts and found out that the Mid Atlantic didn't submit the report. Day 17 - Parts arrived, a technician was scheduled for installation on day 20. Day 20 - No show, no call. I called Mid Atlantic, voice mail full. I called my insurance and got hold of them, rescheduled to the second day. Day 21 - No show, no call. I called Mid Atlantic, no one answer the phone call and called my insurance to reschedule again. Day 22 - No Show, no call. When I called my insurance to check, Mid Atlantic promised the second day. Day 23 - No show, no call. Day 24 - Mid Atlantic promised to try on day 25. ... My insurance ended up had to re-assign the claim to another company, Service Cart. They are the best!!! After the appointment was scheduled, the technician from Service Cart showed up SAME DAY in less than 2 hours. Changed parts and fixed the problem in 15 minutes!!! The problem was not what Mid Atlantic was diagnosed. If you are considering a AC service company, I highly recommend Service Cart!!!

Very professional and excellent service. They were very pleasant to work with. Extremely respectful, kept their shoes covered when entering my home, and cleaned up behind the job they completed. My heating and air conditioning works great now! Thank you so much for such excellent service. I highly recommend this company.

I've had several times I needed these guys and even before we were regular customers they out on weekends and nights to get us heat. Today in all this slop of snow my dad's furnace quit and he didn't have heat. One call later and Mike put us on his list(it was a long one as you can imagine) and came out and fix my dad's heat. These folks are serious about customer service and it shows . I would recommend these folks for Any heat and cool needs. Awesome job guys , thank you
