Would have much rather found a corporate location, the employee didn't know much about porting in numbers, pricing, one employee contradicted the other, and when they manager called a manager or another employee they had a completely different answer

This place was awesome. I bought my kids their first phone, and the staff was very patient and understanding.She went above and beyond, in her care of us, the store was a typical cell phone store lots of different options.The selection was excellent, and the staff knowledgeable, answering every question we had, and went over absolutely everything.

Been trying to call the store for 3 hours no one what's to answer it and then they pick up and hang the phone back up. I know customer service is going to say sorry about that but it's not fixing the problem.

Tried calling multiple times throughout the day to ask about the availability of a phone but no one would answer. I had to drive all the way to the store where the employee was sitting there on his phone, and find out that they don't have the phone I'm looking for. Very unprofessional, what a waste of gas and time.

I've gone in this particular MetroPCSAnd the customerService is horrible. I came in here last weekWas going to get an iPhone because I was never a knowledge or a told anything by the young gentleman working the cash register I left. I waited around for over 15 minutes never said a word. Stop tonight around 6:15 same person same behavior so left again. If your looking for good customer service I would not Use this MetroPCS Take your chance at another store this one sucks.
