I just had to write this review to recognize and thank Radon at the Salisbury location for his Excellent Customer Service!!! I only visited this location to purchase a bunkie board. Due to Radon's outstanding service, I ended up leaving with not only the bunkie board but two twin mattresses!! He did all he could to ensure that I was comfortable with the purchase and happy with my decision. He tried to make my visit as pleasant as possible and went out of his way to ensure that I was making the right choice. His positive attitude was extremely contagious and his willingness to work with me and my budget made it impossible for me to leave without purchasing the mattresses from him rather than my plan of going down the street to Sam's Club to purchase them!!!
After sharing my experience with family members we returned a few days later to purchase another twin mattress from Radon!! We will definitely be back to this location as long as Mattress Warehouse continues to keep Radon on board ??

**Updating my review to include another wonderful employee!!!**
Two weeks ago I purchased the mattress mentioned in the review above for my daughter, and today I returned to purchase a mattress for my husband and I.
Today we worked with Radon, who went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us locate the specific mattress that my husband was hoping for when he realized it was not in stock at the store. He made numerous calls and eventually found somewhere that had it in stock, helped us complete the sale and sent us out with our receipt :) in addition to being professional, he was very personable, and so sweet to my daughter-reference the picture! ?
Highly, highly recommend North Salisbury Mattress Warehouse! Bravo ??
