I was trying to preorder materials for a job so I Customer service which sucks. I Called four time. I was left on hold twice then hung up on. I Never did to make the order so had to go to home depot which also doesn`t take orders over the phone ....This town and their service skills need to have a class.

Ignorant and disrespectful employees I asked for helped looking for a product and was sent to 4 different places in the store by 3 different people and still couldn't find what I was looking for. I have worked with the public for multiple years and it doesn't take Einstein to know how to talk to people with respect. I'll take my business elsewhere with employees that take their job seriously

I love visiting lowes to purchases items I feel right @ home. They always have what I need. It is always a joy mingling with customer service or regular clerks. This is truly my store!

Rude! No one in store for help. No one smiles. Bad attitude. If you need help everyone disappears and pretends to be busy. Bad Leadership all the way round!

I recently purchased three appliances from Lowe's. After purchasing, I was then informed the items weren't in stock. (After purchase.):( Delivery was then scheduled for a week later. Now, I can't find anyone who is responsible for my purchase. Why go into the store if it's nothing but 3d online shopping, less efficient? Close the store and and use that revenue to discount your merchandise. Current way makes no sense.

My husband stood in line for 35 minutes to get a piece of lumber cut. There ended up being 4 people in line behind him. They took turns seeking help. Each person was told 5-10 minutes. He ended up leaving and we’ll go to Home Depot. The customer service at this location has been steadily declining. It’s really disheartening.

Was the only place I go, but not now. Service is absolutely less than terrible. It's nonexistent. Now you have to check yourself out, and there is one RUDE person watching everyone, like a warden.I'm a veteran, and on the observed holiday, I was told my wife, not my girlfriend, not my neighbor, not my buddy, but my wife is not allowed to use my military discount. WHAT?This proves Lowe's does not value the sanctity of marriage. I was taught and believe that two become one.Lowe's has lost touch with the public. They have no one on the floor to help. The few they do are rude and uncaring. With as much as I spent there, I will gladly take my business elsewhere.I cannot, in good conscience, recommend them to anyone.So disappointed!

No one in the store on a Saturday evening to help when you need help. Called the store and was on the phone for 20 minutes and no one answered the phone.I asked 2 people in red vest and they both said they couldn't help me,it wasn't their department I needed help in. I will start shopping at another store.

I'm sorry to see the decline of this store. After many, many years of patronizing, I have to say this was my last in-store visit. We continue to try and split online orders with in-person visits in an effort to keep actual local people employed. But, no more. 3 out of 4 self check out systems were out of order (good luck finding an actual cashier), bags cost 10 cents each, the person standing there to assist with self checkout couldn't bother looking up from her phone, the floors are filthy, the stock is strewn all over (if you could even find what you came for), and a mgr nowhere to be found! What a shame ...

People who worked at both places were kinda helpful, but half of my order was ordered from another store 30 away in Pocomoke Md ?. Who would travel 30 miles to another store. Be careful when you order. Just go inside or go to Homedepot. ?

My shopping experiences here have been uneven. I prefer to shop at the Lowe's store in Seaford. I have had difficulty finding items, and the return process has been filled with unnecessary hassle. Then there are times when everything works fine. I avoid shopping here but is the one that is located closest to my home--the next nearest ones are an additional 20 minutes away.

I love Lowe’s. My husband and I come here over Home Depot but I don’t under why Lowe’s offers curbside pick up if we have to wait forever to bring our order out or sometimes have to even go in to get it since they just never bring it out.-we have no problem going in, but sometimes with our kids curbside is easier for a few items.

This is the WORST EXPERIENCE I've had to encounter where I decided to spend my hard earned money. First they delivered to my home the wrong riding mower(display model..FYI MY NEW MOWER STILL IN RECEIVING.Secondly it was FILTHY with Rusted Bolts. Driver just. dropped off in the driveway and left. It doesn't have gas in it so not sure if it even starts. Very Very disappointed with this transaction. Also called over 20 times before I finally talked with someone.
