The associate in the paint department named William Bowe was so very helpfull, knowledgeable and friendly while working with us to find products that we needed. Above and beyond service A+++. Didn't have a problem with the employee's in the store or the store itself. The problem was with the delivery people. No help what so ever they said they don't install they just deliver. I said I don't want it installed I want it on the porch. He said I can't do that. So two women and a 73 year old man got on the porch.

Waited 45 minutes at the Salisbury store for someone to help us. That didn't happen! Asked several people and they kept saying they would find someone even paged twice.
Horrible customer service. Went to Pocomoke and had someone help us and out in 15 minutes. Didn't deserve one star but I couldn't post if I didn't one. Very disappointed!

I am not going to make this long but you will get the point! On March 25, we ordered a storm door. Today is May 16, 2024, we still do not have a storm door. The installer have been here twice with the wrong size door. We went to Lowes this past Monday to resolve the issue. As of today, we have NOT heard from Lowes or the installer. My next trip to Lowes will be for a full refund of the $700+... This has been the worst experience ever. I am not incline to use Lowes ever again for any of my home project.

On January 23rd, I purchased an $800 Frigidaire gas stove……propane
The invoice was sent to me before the stove was available. Then, I get a call the stove was in and would be delivered Monday. Monday, I get a call that the store cannot find the stove so too bad for me
The stove is found and was released and delivered to me later in the day, but it was too late to install. Installer returned the next day as it seems I was sold the wrong part,( as i think that is what he said). Lowes did not have it, nor do they ever. They told me to deal with Frigidaire and here is where it goes south. Frigidaire told me to go to Amazon, as Frigidaire did not have it.Well, Amazon did not have it either. I was told by Lowe’s they should have told me to get my own installer. I did, Suburban Propane..they did not have the part, so i called Palmers in Berlin. Had the part, $60 2 days later and took a ride to Berlin.Suburban returned after i secured the part, and installed it…however, i had to call Suburban back as the temperature was not correct. Suburban called Frigidaire and figured it out. The amount of time and money to get this done was 3 trips by Suburban at $180 a pop. Lovely ride to Berlin to buy correct part. I am now out $600 to install an $800 stove and 5 days waiting for installers. Will be last time i buy anything but potting soil from Lowe’s. O, shout out to the young woman who answers the phone….the number of times I called and no one would pick up is extraordinary

Beware. The Lowe's Protection Plan is not worth the paper it is written on by the companies protection plan. It has been over a month waiting on parts for a washer and we continue to wait. Called the Lowe's Protection Plan Customer Service and the only response I could get was "I'm sorry." I asked for a manager and they could not provide one.

I was trying to preorder materials for a job so I Customer service which sucks. I Called four time. I was left on hold twice then hung up on. I Never did to make the order so had to go to home depot which also doesn`t take orders over the phone ....This town and their service skills need to have a class.

Ignorant and disrespectful employees I asked for helped looking for a product and was sent to 4 different places in the store by 3 different people and still couldn't find what I was looking for. I have worked with the public for multiple years and it doesn't take Einstein to know how to talk to people with respect. I'll take my business elsewhere with employees that take their job seriously
