Never Use Lotus!!! The Dr Misdiagnosed my dog with 2 separate illnesses and treated him twice for the wrong diagnosis. Now my dog is very sick because he hasn't been treated properly. when I confronted the vet he Denied everything!!! They also quote a price but at the end of the visit it nearly doubles!!!

Worst vet ever Please Read all reviews everywhere They are o ly for money and so many animals die and are misdiagnosed. If you want a chance at survival for your pet please go elsewhere like pets er or another vet.

My 11 yr. old hound mix Sadie, needed immediate care. Her regular vet and several others that I called could not take her for 2-3 weeks at the earliest. The other Pet ER is Salisbury was closed. I was so impressed with the Vet Techs and receptionist at Lotus. Although they already had a full schedule the receptionist offered to have one of the techs come out to my car to look at Sadie. She checked her heartbeat and immediately carried 65lb Sadie into one of the exam rooms and gave her oxygen. Each of the 3 vet techs compassionately cared for Sadie. The doctor was very upfront with next steps and not looking to run a lot of unnecessary and expensive tests. I was very pleased with the course of action that the Dr recommended. I am grateful that I found Lotus.

Small exam room. No tech help. Had to restrain my own dog. They couldn't get good nails trimmed, and blood went everywhere when drawing for heartworm test.

I took my precious cat there because he had pain when he tried to eat and Dr.M said it was a tooth and needed extraction. Before he could do it he said he needed to do blood work first. Then in less then 5 minutes came out with 11/4 page of test results which I should have taken as a red flag. He extracted the tooth so he said . However when I brought him home he continued with the same issue. I then took my cat to the Veterinary Clinic in Easton. The Vet Immediately processed to exam his mouth which Dr.M did not do and my cat had a large upper cancerous tumor. Sad to say poor thing had to be freed of his pain not long after that. Do not take your pet to lotus. My bill was over a $1000 . They are not animals people.

Dr. Me takes care of all my animals and he’s always fantastic. But today showed me how amazing he really is. Yesterday my pug had an enlarged heart and blockage he referred me out and yet we just couldn’t do anything. His office was closed today but he met me in his office and redid X-rays and tried everything before coming to the conclusion it was best to end her suffering. He was kind, compassionate and went above and beyond to try and save Gertie. When we had to decide that it was best to end her pain he made sure she was in my arms and was held and loved and she crossed the rainbow bridge. He helped me figure out cremation and hugged me while I cried all on his day off. No other vet in our area goes above and beyond like h does! And I’m in pain over the loss of my dog due to heart failure but he helped me thru this process with compassion and kindness and I’ll forever be grateful for that.

I worked here for 3 months and during that time, I was horrified on how dr Mehari runs his practice. When performing surgical procedures, he is barely sterile, for exams: all he does is a quick look over; no eye exam, ear exam; just listens to the heart and says “yup he/she is good”. Doesn’t do any of the heavy work, that’s left to the techs. The amounts of times he’s missed something is countless. There is a consistent neglect on how he takes care /treats his employees, always a Your wrong, I am Right situation. His wife is always calling complaining about how we aren’t busy, he always was pre-occupied worrying about something else- was never 100% focused on his clients or patients. I love all the girls who work there; would trust them with my life but It is neither a good place to work, or a place I would recommend to take your pet.

My expectations were there will be more doctors and it would be more dirtier but surprisingly it was clean. The employees are easily nice understanding and the doctors wife. has great decor. She's so nice and easy to talk to. You guys. Should give this rating at least a four or three it's good just not the floor is a little more cause they're just a little dusty.

Lotus vet hospital is awesome. The doctor and tech are very caring about there clients. Dr Me save my chihuahua Princess life. They call check on there patients. . so thankful.

I brought my Jack Russell to Dr Me 3 time over 5 months and it cost me over $600.00. It never cleared up for longer then a couple weeks. The last time I took him there he told me there was no ulcer or problems with the eye, it was just infected. He gave me medicine, one little1 inch tube that cost $76.00. It did nothing but make it worse. He put my dog through unnecessary pain!. I went to another Dr. He sent the New Dr paper eork, some of it showed testing of the tear ducts, WHICH he never did. I was there four every appointment. I held dog while he did anything to him and that was never done. I asked about ulcers, he said no without ever looking in his eye. No stain was ever applied to the eyes, if he had and then examined him in the dark he would have seen he had scratches on his eye, some on his cornea. He lied, did did a proper exam. And then charger out rages prices. PLEASE if you love your pet don't take him there ever!!! Peg Walter

Lotus veterinary clinic was amazing! They were able to squeeze me in at last minute for a hematoma on my elderly dogs ear. Where others requested a new patient appointment or (as my veterinarian was) extremely busy. The veterinarian was super nice and helpful with choosing which treatment to go with. The staff were very friendly and caring! I would definitely keep going. Thank you sooo much for fixing my remmy girl. She slept a lot after the procedure only to wake up for food or water lol. The morning after she was back to being herself happy and bouncy.

This facility and its team members, on extremely short notice put us it ease as we had to desperately rescue an abandoned cat and get it vaccinated, checked, and tested in less than 24 hours. They were professional, answered all our questions, and gave excellent care to a seriously frightened and stressed animal. Their efforts were successful in helping this animal get adopted!! Can't recommend these people enough, first class all the way!

If you love your pets, Avoid this place at ALL costs! We took 3 Healthy cats in for regular check up & shots, now we have 3 sick cats! Another friend took their dog in for flea treatment and ended up Dead! Several people have been refunded for "accidental overcharges". Not to mention when he lied to the adoption agency about our dogs current rabies vaccine. No ethics nor Care for pets at all.

Wish I could give a negative rating. We took 3 Healthy cats in for just an update rabies vaccine, in which they charged us $298!! The worst part is now we have 3 sick cats, that's no coincidence. And they don't even seem to care. We have given them MULTIPLE CHANCES TO MAKE THIS RIGHT, and the vet won't even respond. He doesn't seem to really care about the animals welfare, but only about how much $$ he can put in his pocket.

The absolute best!! The doctor and other staff are polite, patience, and empathetic. They explain everything thoroughly, and bring comfort to any questions or concerns anyone may have. The is the second vet we've tried, and will be the last! This place is amazing ! wish my family would ve known about Lotus sooner!
