Ms Angie did the best blood draw on me ever, and I’ve had 100s of draws over many years. I’m a “hard stick” with tiny veins yet this time no pain and perfect stick. The staff was very friendly and I left happier than when I arrived. Always a great visit at this location.

I've never had a negative experience here, and I've never made an appointment. They are cordial, polite, quick (within reason, today I was the only one there and done within 10 minutes from the time I walked in) and when I get my blood drawn, I rarely feel the needle prick. My results usually come back within a day. They always answer the phone when I call to check if my doctor sent over my lab order, too. Thanks for being great at what you do!

Made my appointment online, super easy, got there way too early but was able to get in early. In and out in less than 15 minutes. Everyone very nice

Been there few times, and the receptionist is the rudest person you will ever encounter. She is not willing to do her job, and she gets annoyed if you ask any kind of questions. I would just go to Milford location, which has a better customer service and professional workers.

I went there to get blood work done. First off I didn’t know I needed a mask to get my blood work done, and the ladies wouldn’t even look at me they had their backs turned talking to each other. And they said they don’t have mask gotta go get one yourself, how does a doctor office that requires a mask not have a masks in stock in their office. The ladies were rude and I would never go back. Hire some better people!

This place was terrible the receptionist never got up from her seat she yelled from across the room and she was very rude. You need to get rid of her she's ignorant

I never write reviews, but I hate this location. I mean it’s awful. Machines are broken and the technicians don’t care what order you come in. I had an appointment and they took several walk ins before me. They are not apologetic at all. I’ve had issues every time I come here, but this is the worst experience I have had so far. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. How they are still in business is BEYOND me..

Technician was rude, more worried about ordering her lunch, and when I questioned her about the test and tunes she stated "if I needed it I would have gotten it." Then she just walked out of the room. She never said anything like you are finished or anything.

I paid them $540 on Tuesday for a legal paternity test. I'm a single father raising a 2 year old who was born blind. They told me they would call me to make an appt.(since there's no way of getting ahold of an actual person when calling them) Here it is Fri. night, I gave them a lot of $ and still no call. I'm getting VERY frustrated. They'll get a 5* when they ACTUALLY call me.

I've been refused care due to a person having the same name and birthday. She lives in a different state and won't pay her bills. This is not my fault but it's been my problem for four years now. No other company has this problem.
