Brought my watch to get it resized, got a call 2 days after that it was ready so I went to pick it up but it was still loose. So I left it back there to get one more link out. Took me next week to get a call again, picked it up but they literally didn't touch my watch. No changes at all. Definitely wasted my time, had to leave it again with no calls till now (a week more now). Very upset, I go to SU so wanted to save some time traveling to the mall but that was my mistake. Shoulda gone to the mall and they would resize it in front of me and done right away!

Okay experience getting my watch resized. They measured my wrist and i explained how i wanted it tight against my wrist. Upon pickup week later, it was still extremely large. I paid, and left it to be resized more. Once going back another time, it was finally a useable size. But, i had to pay again. I feel that for a mistake not on my end, the inconvenience of driving back and forth was enough for a second payment. Im not sure if this was due to my age, being younger situations like this happen frequently. Although I did not speak up, the small fee is not worth the fight.

I have gone to Kuhn Jewelers twice for service and I have been impressed every time. In both cases I took my grandfathers old wedding ring to be sized. And in both cases they were able to get my ring sized faster than estimated, and the price was well within reason. I appreciate the speed and how shiny the ring was when they cleaned it for me as well.

Kuhn's is a great local establishment, and the new store provides a much better customer experience. Simply put, I trust this merchant, which is a wonderful quality for a jeweler. The staff works hard to answer your questions and help you pick a gift or something for yourself. Great place!

The best customer service! My husband bought my engagement ring here and we have been long standing customers. They always go out of their way to provide exceptional and personal service. They have a gorgeous selection of jewelry and a rich history in the community that makes being their customer very special.

I recently lost the main diamond from my ring, and when I found it, I took it straight to Kuhns. They repaired the prong and put the stone back and even though I had purchased the ring in another state, there was no charge. I will certainly be spending money there in the future.

Just called to ask about having my wife’s diamond rings cleaned and the lady on the phone was short with me and basically rude, like I was wasting her time. I was inquiring on how they clean them because I’m not a jeweler, and her response was ( if they need cleaning, we clean them) ok…how about a little information on that? As far as price? The process? How long it takes? When can I drop them off? Never mind! Sheeesh.
