Sat. 6/15/24 grandson had 1:00 appt. Has neuroparthy in lower legs. Usés walker. Hurts to sit. Always in pain. At 3:20 he was still waiting. Other grandmother who took him complained and finally they took him in. This was very un professionnal. Why make appts when u cant keep them.

So incompetent! Not knowledgeable at all. First they didn’t upload my return and had done it incorrectly to boot. They then tell me to do an injured spouse return and told me I would have my return in 3wks! Called IRS injured spouse return takes 11 weeks according to the IRS! If I wanted to screw up my own taxes. I would have done them myself! You don’t want to use them!

We went to H&R Block and the man who worked with us had no idea what he was doing. We asked questions and he had to google the answers. After having to pay out thousands of dollars for the tax season under the impression everything then would be taken care of, we got both state and IRS letters stating we owed additional money or didn’t send all our documents properly. When we called H&R Block they told us that this was not part of their guarantee despite it claiming to be 100% accuracy guaranteed for any errors after processing. We will never return there and hopefully those who read this don’t either.
