Went into the store ordered 2 pair of panda dunks on the same day it’s been over a week still have not received my second pair. Had to purchase a third pair because neither pair fit once the second pair comes I will return those. The young man converted sizes the day I ordered for myself and daughter and they were 1 size too small for both of us. So my daughter now has my pair and the third pair I purchased were my correct size and I’m still waiting on the pair to return. Such a headache too much back and forth and I order online a lot and don’t have issues. I go into the store to order and it’s too much back and forth, so I still have to go back AGAIN when the second pair arrives.

I ended up going into the store twice. The first time I went in the 3 gentlemen were having a general conversation. No hello can I help you no acknowledgment that customers were even in the store. I stood there with a shoe in my hand and the one guy looked in my direction and they continued to talk. The only reason I returned is because there was a pair of shoes that grandson stated he liked. So we went back after he could not find a shoe anywhere else they didn’t have the size. The only reason I made a purchase is because the grandkids were getting restless and I thought the mall was going to be closing before I could my grandson to the other store to buy his shoes and make it to DTRL before it closed to get the shoes I purchased. The reason I gave 2 stars was because the guy talked the second time we went in and the other guy was quick to help us the second time.

Declined card so I called the bank they said this store is doing fraudulent activity with people bank cards don’t go to this store !!!

Placed order online and received shipment confirmation. Three days later received “Our apologies your order has been delayed” with no explanation. Requested to speak with supervisor to cancel order. Placed on hold 3 times for the supervisor to day“Sorry our computers are down, your order can’t be cancelled” Also, supervisor hung the phone up inmy ear because I demanded my order to be canceled. Poor customer service and lack of products! Shop elsewhere, do not waste your energy on this store.

Most other stores were very busy, not this one. We were the only non employees there.
