I have always been happy with my haircuts at Great Clips but I had a situation this last time that is not sitting well with me. Great Clips is advertising 'haircut specials' on Facebook that would save us a few dollars. After I presented my coupon it wouldn't discount my great clip. Then I was shown the 'fine print' that it was only good for establishments in the D.C. area. It's not about the money but rather about feeling mislead. I would recommend that your company be more transparent in your advertising.
