“I just had to write this review to recognize and thank Radon at the Salisbury location for his Excellent Customer Service!!! I only visited this location to purchase a bunkie board. Due to Radon's outstanding service, I ended up leaving with not only the bunkie board but two twin mattresses!! He did all he could to ensure that I was comfortable with the purchase and happy with my decision. He tried to make my visit as pleasant as possible and went out of his way to ensure that I was making the right choice. His positive attitude was extremely contagious and his willingness to work with me and my budget made it impossible for me to leave without purchasing the mattresses from him rather than my plan of going down the street to Sam's Club to purchase them!!!
After sharing my experience with family members we returned a few days later to purchase another twin mattress from Radon!! We will definitely be back to this location as long as Mattress Warehouse continues to keep Radon on board ??
