Rather disappointed... Ordered the dazzling daisies arrangement for my cousin... There were no roses, no carnations, no lily and only a wimpy ribbon. Will look somewhere else next time.

Listen the flowers that were delivered, were ok. I did a custom order. My mom’s favorite color is purple. After going through so many arrangements, I saw custom! Yes! I ordered purple carnations, I repeat Purple, with White carnations, baby’s breath and some greenery. That’s all I wanted! Something simple, long lasting, and especially her favorite color, PURPLE?. That is not what was delivered. As much as she explained that no, I made it better. That is NOT what I asked for. If you had only called me and gave me the opportunity to select something else. This conversation went on for 5 minutes. Repeating the same thing. It was beautiful, I made it better. BUT was it what I asked for? I said I thought you do custom? She said all of ours is custom made…Custom gave me the idea that I could select something special. Something that I chose. Never choose custom. You will be disappointed. PURPLE/WHITE WAS ALL I WANTED. Look at my photos, purple bow, and some small/mini purple flowers….oh yeah I said my mom said there was reddish and white roses…..she said there must be something wrong with her camera!????? They were lavender. Whatever, lesson learned!!!! There’s a big difference from the bow and small purple flowers!??♀️??

I was so happy with the service I was given! I called an hour before closing and Mrs.Kathleen delivered the flowers for me for my grandpas birthday! She went above and beyond and this made me so happy! You will not regret having business with these wonderful people! They truly care! It’s the little things that means the most. Beautiful flowers every time! Great flower to money ratio. Also, Kathleen is an amazing lady! She is always super friendly when we speak and has even answered after hours and accommodated my late requests. (I do not endorse this method of operation, remember to plan ahead!)

The best around! I have loved and respected this family business for 40 years. Owned and operated by a hard working mother/daughter team who are as passionate now as they were when I placed my first order. Their products are excellent - beautiful arrangements that last! I enjoy making mini-arrangements for weeks as the spent flowers slowly fade. The name says it all; “Flowers Unlimited”.

I have used Flowers Unlimited for many occasions over the years and they always deliver a beautiful arrangement. Recently, I stopped in for a last minute purchase, and the owner Kathleen put together a wonderful bouquet of flowers, and worked well within my budget. I love supporting locally owned business owners who work so hard to provide quality and a personal touch, while they compete against the online stores.

Flowers Unlimited made me a custom arrangement. I was able to pick the colors and specific flowers without any additional charge! The flowers lasted for 3 weeks!! I can’t say enough good things about them!! They are the best flower shop in Salisbury!!
