There are numerous factors that make up exceptional customer service and these folks exhibit them unequivocally: professionalism, prompt and clear communication, problem resolution, thinking-outside-the box, and exceeding expectations to name a few. I live in TX, and the mobile home is located in DE, so the entire process was completed over 1,400 miles. Yet, it was as if I was already in Millsboro. The Millsboro branch prides itself as a community institution and it delivers excellence every step of the way. “They took great care of me. I accidentally put the wrong name on my rent check and it was deposited in the wrong account a week ago. They helped to resolve the problem quickly. The branch manager ( I believe) then asked if he could call my landlord to let him know I didn't deposit it late but it was an accident. That was very nice of him to offer that extra customer service. Thankful for people who still go out of their way to help others. Great branch! Would definitely recommend.”
“The bad reviews of this branch made me apprehensive to come to this location. I went to the drive thru to deposit a check. They were busy, so I waited about 5 minutes total. Once I got to the window and the teller helped me, I was out of there in less than 2 minutes with no issues. The teller was very friendly, I wish I caught her name.”
