If I could give a zero star rating, I would. CAN UNIFORMS BE ENFORCED AGAIN? PLEASE?! I went into this store to try on some sneakers and it was so difficult to tell who was a customer and who was an employee. One of the employees had saggy jeans (meaning part of his underwear was showing), with a hat, puffer jacket and the hood on, with a lighter clipped to his belt loop. That is SO unprofessional. Not to mention, the service was terrible! I asked an employee if I could try a pair of their shoes on. She goes to the back for at least 10 minutes, comes back out, she tells us that she is going to check with her manager about the number associated with the shoe, and by the time we turn around after waiting for some time....SHE IS BACK AT THE FRONT GREETING PEOPLE. There was no update about the shoe whatsoever, there were a lot of people everywhere, and we could barely identify who was a customer and who was an employee. The quality of service that Finishline has had in the past has deteriorated so much that it is ridiculous. This place could be a lot better professionally and service-wise.

Came here to get a pair of Jordan's. The associate told me they didn't have my size but he was able to get it delivered to my house for free with no shipping cost. Phenomenal customer service ?

Only clicking 5 stars so someone hopefully important sees the bulls**t the assistant manager is doing continuously selling special release shoes before store even opens. The Jordan 1 fusions that recently dropped everyone was told just ask for a size well she was picking and choosing which customers she would let get a pair. Someone please get your store on lock it’s ridiculous to try and get a certain shoe just to find out they’ve all been backdoored by her!!

The short hispanic girl had an attitude the whole time. She rolled her eyes and acted like it was a problem to ring me up. I wanted to try finish line but I will continue to go to foot locker.

The five stars are so you can read about the reality going on in this store, they dont even deserve 1 star. Josie, “assistant manager” She has the nerve to admit her backdoor selling shoes 2 hours before the store front even opens up. Ignorant attitude, very disrespectful. I don’t know how a human resource director can hire someone like this. I wouldn’t even have been upset but the fact that I was told it would be first come first serve and then you’re going to admit backdoor selling a valuable pair of shoes which every shoe lover wants to have their hands on. Real professional Finish Line, Not a way to do business...

Assistant manager Jozie back door sold every single available pair at 9 AM even though she told us the day before it was first come first serve when they open at 11. Her boyfriend posted the shoes online to sell. Watched a kid walk out the back door with three pairs when the limit is one pair per person. Terrible customer service. Terrible business practice. Terrible management.

I called on 3/5 on the availability of the Jordan 1 University Blue Grade School Sizing. The assistant manager Jozie said that on 3/6 they would be first come first serve. I was at the mall 2 hours early and was 3rd in line for a pair. The assistant manager said there are no pairs available because they sold all available pairs to one buyer 2 and a half hours before release. How do you say first come first serve and then admit to backdooring pairs before the store opens?
