Customer service phone line is such a hassle. Good luck trying to get a hold of a live agent.

This location was hidden back behind the airport so it's a bit of a drive to get there. However, the lady working there was helpful with getting my return packaged and shipped. Overall a very good experience.

This is probably the best FedEx ship center in the country. Convenient location and the most helpful friendly staff ever.
